The Committee is being constituted with no fewer than twelve external members, drawn from cognitive neuroscience, developmental psychology, education, AI policy and governance, applied ethics, child welfare, digital rights, privacy and adjacent fields. Applications are permanently open and reviewed on a rolling basis.
