Teti Business
Teti Business is for companies and professionals. Your organization gets its own name and logo, and you buy seats that you assign to the people who work with you — even just one seat for yourself.
Each organization is a separate workspace: chats created in it stay in that workspace, apart from your personal chats.
Seats
There are two kinds of seat:

Yearly billing costs less per month. Prices are shown in your local currency on the Plans page (Business tab); taxes are added at checkout.
Each seat belongs to one person and can't be shared. Usage limits are per seat (a rolling 3-hour window and a weekly window) and can't be pooled.
Buying Business
- Open the Plans page and choose the Business tab.
- Choose yearly or monthly billing and how many Standard and Premium seats you need.
- Click Buy now and complete the payment. If you buy for your company, tick "I'm purchasing as a business" and enter your VAT number (see Plans and Billing).
Only the owner of the organization can buy Business. The owner gets a seat right away (Premium if you bought any, otherwise Standard).
If the organization had a personal plan (Pro, Max or Quantum), it is closed when Business starts and its unused time is refunded.
Name and logo
Go to Settings → Organization to set your organization's name and upload its logo (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 5 MB). The logo appears next to Teti's in the sidebar and in the organization switcher for everyone in the organization.
Members and invitations
Go to Settings → Members. There you can:
- Invite people by email, choosing their seat. They get a personal link that works only for that email address. The seat stays reserved while the invitation is pending; you can cancel it at any time.
- Change someone's seat between Standard and Premium, if a seat of that type is free.
- Remove someone from the organization. They lose access to it; the chats they wrote in the organization stay with the organization.
The owner sees members' names, emails, seats and usage. The owner can't read members' chats.
Adding and removing seats
In Settings → Members → Seats → Change seats:
- Added seats are available right away. You pay only for the rest of the current billing period (pro rata).
- Removed seats stay available until renewal and aren't refunded; from the renewal date you no longer pay for them. You can only remove seats that nobody is using and that aren't held by a pending invitation.
- Switching between monthly and yearly billing takes effect at renewal.
If a payment needs your confirmation (for example 3-D Secure) or your card is declined, Teti opens the page where you can complete the payment. The new seats are added once it's paid.
Cancelling Business
On the Plans page, choose Cancel Business. Business stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, the seats are released, everyone in the organization goes back to the Free plan, and you can choose a personal plan. Until that date you can undo the cancellation.
