Pups now have their own computer
Starting today, every Pup has a computer of its own, with a real browser and a folder that lasts. It signs in to the sites you use, works in them the way you do, and keeps what it makes for the next time. You can watch it while it works, and take over whenever you like.
In the Odyssey, Penelope weaves a shroud by day and unpicks it every night, so that it is never finished. It's a trick: as long as the work stays undone, she doesn't have to choose a suitor.
An agent has no reason to start over every night. From today, a Pup picks up where it left off: still signed in where it was signed in, with its files where it left them.
A browser of its own
A lot of work happens on websites that no app connects to: a supplier's portal, a booking page, your company's dashboard, a form that has to be filled in by hand. Until today, a Pup could search the web and read what it found. Now it can use it.
Each Pup has its own browser. It's a real one, and it speaks your language, so sites show up the way they do for you. Your Pup opens pages, reads them, clicks, types, fills in forms and moves between tabs. For the apps you've connected to Teti it still uses the connection. The browser covers everything else.
Sign in once
A Pup never asks for your password in the chat. When a site needs you to sign in, your Pup asks you to step in, with a notification on the web and on your phone. You sign in yourself, right in its browser, press Done, and it carries on from there. The same goes for the steps only you should take: a two-factor code, a CAPTCHA, a payment. Your Pup waits for you as long as it takes, then picks up from that point.
After that, it stays signed in. Each Pup's logins are saved encrypted and belong to that Pup alone, so your other Pups can't use them. You can see them in the Pup's settings and sign it out of one site or all of them at any time.
Watch it work, take over anytime
Whenever a Pup is using its browser, you can watch it live, on the web and in the app. It looks like any other browser, because that's what it is.
Press Take control and it's yours: scroll, click, type, go somewhere else. Your Pup waits until you Hand back, then continues from the page where you left it.
A folder that lasts
Pups already had a computer for their work: they run code and make documents, spreadsheets, presentations and PDFs. Until today, the files lived only as long as that computer did. Now each Pup has its own folder, and what it saves there is still there in its next conversations and its scheduled tasks.
That's where a Pup keeps the data it collects, its reports and their history, and the scripts and templates it reuses for recurring work: everything its scheduled tasks build on. A Pup that tracks prices every morning keeps the whole series. A Pup that writes your Friday report keeps every week's.
You can open the folder from the Pup's settings, on the web and in the app. Files keep their earlier versions, and deleted files go to the trash first, so a mistake can be undone.
The folder belongs to you and your Pup. It never shows up in project chats, where other members could see it. If you delete the Pup, its folder is deleted too.
What you can ask now
- "Every morning, check my order on the supplier's portal and tell me only when it ships."
- "Book a table for four on Friday at 8 at one of the restaurants we talked about. Ask me before you confirm."
- "Every day, look at the new listings on the property site I use. Add the ones under €1,500 a month to a spreadsheet in your folder, and call me when one looks right."
- "Every Friday, read the week's numbers from our dashboard and update the report in your folder. Keep last week's so we can compare."
You stay in charge
- You decide which Pups get a browser. It's on by default. Turn it off in a Pup's settings and that Pup won't use one.
- Your passwords stay with you. You sign in yourself, in the browser, and never in the chat.
- What matters waits for your yes. Before it buys, books, sends or deletes anything, your Pup asks you first, unless that's exactly what you asked it to do. Payments are always yours to make.
- Nothing happens out of sight. You can watch everything live, and you can take over or stop it at any moment.
Private, and European
Everything a Pup works with stays in the European Union. Its folder is stored there, like the rest of your files. Its computer and its browser run there too, on servers we operate ourselves, not on a third-party agent cloud. And it thinks with the same models as your chat, served from data centres in the European Union. What a Pup sees while it works is never used to train any model, never used to profile you, and never sold.
Available today
Starting today, every Pup has its browser and its folder, on every plan, on the web and in the Teti app. What a Pup does in its browser and on its computer counts toward your plan's normal usage, like everything else it does.
